A New Website for Spin Factory

A secondary WordPress site in Swedish.

I built a new website for Spin Factory, my freelance agency.

As a freelance consultant with a blog, it’s easy to neglect the “business website.” I keep them separated to rank in English for Doctor Spin and Swedish for Spin Factory.

One could argue that I don’t need a secondary WordPress site, but I have the domain for my business email, and some clients prefer Swedish.

So, building a new website for Spin Factory became a mini-project.

I wanted Spin Factory to share the visual look-and-feel with Doctor Spin. My freelance business only takes up 50% of my time (the other 50% is dedicated to the startup KIX Communication Index), so I think a simple site like this will do a good enough job acquiring the necessary PR leads.

The website took me about 10 hours over a weekend, mainly because I could build the site on top of the same framework as this blog.
